Important Notes:
- It is recommended to back up GreenStar™ 2 1800 Display and GreenStar™ 3 2630 Display data prior to updating to Software Update 17-1, as a precaution to protect your information.
- It is suggested to erase all data from your GreenStar™ 3 2630 Display, before loading new Setup Data, in an effort to remove unnecessary and potentially corrupt files that may hinder display performance.
- Software activations are non-transferrable in the event of lost, stolen, or destroyed equipment. It is recommended to insure a GreenStar™ Display at full value, including software activations.
- To ensure complete and proper functionality, the most current version of GreenStar™ Display software and Apex™, or preferred partner, desktop software should be used.

ORIGINAL GREENSTAR SYSTEM UPDATE
APEX FARM MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
APPLICATION CONTROLLER 1100 (IGRADE, ACTIVE IMPLEMENT GUIDANCE)

Active Implement Guidance & iGrade application controller starting with version 2.00 software, will require a download to support additional languages.
Download Directions:
- Verify the file server folder on the memory device is empty.
- Connect a memory device (USB or Compact Flash Card)to the computer.
- Click on the link to download the language files.
- Click Run
- Select the correct drive for the memory device.
- Select Unzip to place the language files on the memory device.
- Remove the memory device from the computer and insert into the display.
- Change the language for the display while the memory device is still connected. Main Menu-->Display soft key-->Settings soft key-->select desired language from the drop down list.
- The memory device must be present to change the language of the Application Controller 1100. If you change the language after you remove the memory device the language of the Application Controller 1100 will revert back to English.
- Clean up controller object pool. Menu-->Message Center soft key-->Cleanup soft key-->select Controllers >select Begin Cleanup.
- Cycle key power.

RAVEN AUTOBOOM®
Release Notes:
Previously, AutoBoom nodes could be updated through a serial interface cable P/N 115-0230-011 or through a Raven field computer. This release of AutoBoom software does not include a serial update interface. The current version of AutoBoom software will need to be loaded through a Raven field computer or a Raven Service Tool P/N 117-0171-464. Damage may be caused to the node if the serial update cable is used.

FIELD CONNECT™ FIRMWARE UPDATE

NOTE: Users must insure that the file they transfer to the flash drive does not have any extension added to the file name. This can occur when the file is downloaded and older version of the firmware are still on the computer, Windows will add an extension name to the new file. Correct name is MPFILE.BIN, incorrect naming would be MPFILE(1).BIN.
